Spring Mountain Chalet route - Curmatura Lutu Rosu - Cabana Dochia

It's a route heavily used by tourists, accessible in all seasons. It starts at the cottage in the woods on the left bank of the river Spring Mountain, a relatively easy climb. We are crossing a paved road, follow the path to the point called La Burns, marked with a bench and a metal table. Then the path changes direction to the left and begins to climb the ridge Rachitis.

The slope gets worse and after 45 minutes to reach a resting place, where it opens a view of the valley Izvoru Mountain and part of Lata Stone of Gideon. Continuing the ascent arrive on the other side where you see Vf. Toaca, Panaghia, Spring Valley and White Hermit leg.

Continue climbing in switchbacks on both sides of the Peak Răchitiş reserve until it reaches the Policy with lilies. From there the route continues on the level curve through large blocks of limestone. After 10 minutes it reaches the base of the Tower Rachitis, where is there a resting place with benches and tables of metal.

The road continues through spruce forest, and there bypassing small conglomerate walls, climb becomes harder to reach the bottom of the cliffs called detune. On the last part of the route crosses an area with juniper trees are mixed with spruce and finally climb trough chalet on the right side.
