am incheiat un contract pentru achizitionare de servicii turistice cu firma Concept Easy Travel cui 27726243 nr contract 137/05.10.2011 in valoare de 1142 eur Plecarea este in data de 01.04.2012 iar dna Leonte Alina director firma nu este de gasit la birou de o saptamana nu este nimeni in firma si nici la telefon nu raspunde pentru a putea ridica documentele necesare calatoriei. Am trimis mail la hotel si nu avem rezervare si nici la avion nu sunt pe lista de pasageri Pe aceasta cale va atrag atentia asupra agentiilor pe care le promovati pe siteul dumneavoatra
